I am not in the mood to argue, fight or protest. I simply want out. And into a comfortable, safe, healthy environment for myself, my daughters, my grandchildren." these are the words that stuck out as I read. NO HUMAN! this is about humans not a dang gone building. I do not believe they should save the buildings but i do believe they should save the people. THE PEOPLE! When hope VI idea for Sheppard Square started the people who currently lived there were NOT in the equation. It was about "how bad things looked and how beautiful it will look." News flash there are people in public housing who do not want to stay there! and if they have to be relocated they would rather work toward self-sufficiency and not continue to be in the system! I say that because I was one of those people and I know you are also. A person who looks at life different and one who will do the necessary work to accomplish that. I think that your request of living in a "comfortable, safe, healthy environment " is not asking for too much. It is what we all deserve.
